Hey Reader, After the season we had, it was bound to happen. The dreaded stomach flu took me down this past weekend. I’ll spare you the details, but it knocked me flat. And yet… I didn’t panic. No emails. No coaching calls. No social media. Just rest. I took my own advice and stopped everything. Why? Because I could. I’ve simplified my life and my business in a way that made space for rest—even during the holiday season. Christmas will still be Christmas whether I do it all or not. (And at least I’ll be healthy for it!) Our decorations are simple. Gift list: decided. Budget: set. The tree will wait until I’m feeling better and our son is home so we can decorate it together. I didn’t lose sleep over any of it. What I’m proudest of is this: I’ve built a business and a life that can pause without falling apart. Systems were in place. My calendar was flexible. My social media was scheduled. That’s not just luck—that’s design. And it’s exactly what I help my clients do. If you’re feeling stretched thin… Does the thought of taking a week off feel impossible? Are you worried the house will fall apart, the clutter will grow, or your to-do list will win? I help women simplify their homes, schedules, and mental load so they can breathe again. It starts with a free call on my calendar. If you’re a business owner… Do you avoid sick days and vacations because you’re afraid everything will stall? Are you tired of doing everything yourself, all the time? Let’s change that in 2026. My Business Bootcamp is returning in January for entrepreneurs who want to work smarter, not 24/7. I coach just two days a week—and my clients are building calm, sustainable businesses too. If you’re curious what that could look like for you, let’s talk before I sign off for the holidays on December 19. [Book a Business Bootcamp Call] What others are saying: Amy’s Business Bootcamp came at a perfect time for my growing business. I thrive on external accountability, and Amy provided just that. She is a powerful mix of practical business strategies and motivating encouragement. An unexpected highlight was the sense of camaraderie among the other entrepreneurs in the program. I highly recommend Amy’s coaching—she’s truly a force. —Tonnis Amy has been a mentor to me throughout my career as a declutter coach/organizer, but her coaching program was next level. She helped me get crystal clear on my offer, to feel confident in articulating it to potential referrals and leads, build a sustainable social media plan, and optimize my calendar with efficiency and intentionality. I highly recommend her as a business coach - she is knowledgeable, understanding, and compassionate to the specific needs of coaches and service providers who want to build their business to make income and impact. —Emily Take care of yourself this week. And if you want 2026 to feel different? You know where to find me. Be well, Amy |

Hey Reader, Lately, I’ve been thinking about how often I see smart, capable women holding themselves back—not just in business, but in life. They wait. They second-guess.They stall out before they even begin. Especially when it comes to starting something new—like a business, a big life transition, or even just clearing out the clutter. They talk themselves out of it before they’ve even taken the first step. I see this all the time in women who want to start their own business but feel like...
Hey Reader, I just recorded a new YouTube video where I share my real approach to setting goals for 2026 and why this year, I’m focusing on less but better. But here’s the twist:Before I set a single goal, I did this first…I reviewed my entire 2025 month-by-month. (Zeke helped 😉) That calendar audit revealed more wins (and lessons) than I expected. And it completely shaped how I’m moving into this new year. In the video, I share: ✅ My secret reflection ritual I’ve used for 3 years ✅ Why most...
Hey Reader, Can I be honest? I’m breathing a little sigh of relief now that the holidays are winding down. Yes, I know New Year’s Eve is tomorrow—but the most intense part of the season is behind us. Thankfully, tomorrow I'll be on the couch watching football. 😉 Because this year, it was just… heavier. Maybe you felt that too. Maybe, like our family, you were grieving someone who wasn’t at the table this Christmas. The first one is no joke. I’ve talked to so many others who’ve said the...
